I read quite a few of the testimonials to yr site saying what great customer service you have. Now I understand why people like your site so much, and I have not even boughgt anything from you yet. I ordered a bracelet a couple of days ago. I realized after the fact that I really could not afford it so I canceled the order less than an hour after I made it. I called and left a message a explaining what happened and asked for a credit and a call back. Very shortly I received a call back from Dee herself she was extremly nice and said she would take care of it right away. A couple of hours later the charge still had not dropped off my debit. I called again to make sure everthing was ok. I received another call from Dee. Once again she was very nice and helpful. She explained sometimes it take time for the charge to drop off. Dee was really a delight to talk to. Within a day of talking to her my refund had been taken care of. For Dee herself to take care of this was suprising. The way she dealt with me as a customer who was not buying but returning was AMAZING. In this day and age its hard to find customer service like that.

Hope you don't mind me sending you a quick message this way. I wanted to tell you that those 2 pair of cross and opal earrings I bought from you are sooo Beautiful. They are a gift for my daughters best friend for her October birthday and she started to take my daughter to youth church with her and my daughter just loves it. They are both 15 (well 16 now!) and having your 15 year old going to church for her spare time is a mothers dream! Anyway, i'm going on. When I saw these I knew I found the perfect gift :) And of course I had to buy my daughter the other pair. I am so pleased with them. That's so cute about your name! The Mickey Mouse Club was one of my fav's as a child so that's just as cool! I have received the beautifull Navajo Bracelet and it is just what I was looking for ( THANKS ) I am a half blood Cherokee and my Great Grandfather & Grandmother where full blood cherokee.His name was George Poe and he was in the indian army. He came over to Australia and managed a very large cattle property and I am told he was a Heck of a Dam Brilliant Man. I received the earrings I ordered from you today. Not only were they beautifully wrapped and arrived when you told me they would, they are exquisite earrings. I'd been afraid they would be too heavy, but they're incredibly comfortable. Not only that, but the workmanship is masterful. I am from Oklahoma. My father was an Indian agent briefly, my grandfather was an Indian lawyer all his life, and my great grandfather's farm was always open to the Kiowas, where they birthed their babies each spring. I am 1/16th Cherokee myself. Because of this history, I feel a deep connection to Native Americans. Their silver work is especially meaningful to me.
