100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Native American jewelry purchase, Double Dee Deals offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of receiving your jewelry for a full refund or exchange, less the cost of shipping. Upon

receipt of your undamaged and unworn turquoise and gemstone jewelry, we will issue a full refund or exchange. Please read our Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges policy for additional information.

Shipping Guarantee

All Indian jewelry items offered for sale are available for shipping within 24

hours. The shipping charges listed include shipping insurance through USPS should your item become lost in transit. In the event of a lost shipment, Double Dee Deals will file a claim with the shipping company. Upon completion of the claim process the purchase price including shipping charges will be refunded in full.
All purchased jewelry is professionally cleaned and boxed for shipping to ensure your complete satisfaction upon arrival undamaged and ready to wear.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We must be contacted with 15 days of receiving your jewelry for a Return Authorization Number.
Your return must reference the Return Authorization Number which will be valid for only 7 days from issue.
Jewelry must be returned shipping prepaid and sent in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. If item is not sent in original packaging and becomes damaged in transit, we will allow no credit.
The jewelry has not been altered by polishing or resized in any way, and was not used except to try it on.
If payment was made by credit card, credit will be issued back to your credit card. If a cashiers check, money order or personal check was used, the refund will be issued in form of a company check and mailed to the billing address provided at the time of purchase.

Pricing Errors
In the event of pricing errors made on our website, we reserve the right to correct these mistakes prior to shipping and to notify the buyer of their option to cancel their order.
