In its prime, There has been no Number 8 Turquoise mined since, which makes this turquoise a collector's item. Number 8 Turquoise has a character in its appearance which can be easily identified. With its golden brown to black distinctive spider web matrix and unique bright powder blue and/or green background. The most valuable pieces have the powder blue coloration with a tan spider webbed matrix.
