are, in almost all cases the actual item you will receive. It is not commonly
known by many who sell Native American jewelry, but many of these artists
represented, despite their birth and heritage, cannot legally call their work
Native American made. The United States Government has signed The Indian Arts
and Crafts Act into law as a means to put a stop to the fraud that takes place
by many sellers of Native American jewelry. This law has made if difficult for
many Native American jewelry artists to secure the proper tribal registration
and identification due to the lengthy and costly process. Double Dee Deals takes
pride in offering our customers Authentic Native American jewelry. The Indian
Arts and Crafts Act of 1990 is a US law against passing off fake American Indian

jewelry artists direct or from reputable Indian jewelry dealers
located in New Mexico and Arizona, in the heart of the Navajo

Indian jewelry authenticity, and also allows us to hand select
the finest Indian jewelry, the finest gemstones. While many of
our Native American jewelry artists do have the proper
registration and census number, some of them do not. We
