Returning Jewelry Guidelines

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Double Dee Deals. You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days of purchase.

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your jewelry for a Return Authorization Number.
2. Your return must reference the Return Authorization Number which will be valid for only 7 days from issue.
3. Returned jewelry must be received by Double Dee Deals within 30 days of receiving your jewelry.
4. Jewelry must be returned shipping prepaid and sent in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. If item is not sent in original packaging and becomes damaged in transit, we will allow no credit.
5. The jewelry has not been altered by polishing or resized in any way, and was not used except to try it on.
6. Upon receipt your undamaged and unworn turquoise and gemstone jewelry, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping cost.
7. If payment was made by credit card, credit will be issued back to your credit card. If a cashiers check, money order or personal check was used, the refund will be issued in form of a company check and mailed to the billing address provided at the time of purchase.
8. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.

Exchanging Jewelry

The above conditions also apply to jewelry exchanges except that in most exchange cases, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.
